"Overall, not terrible, but not great. Was there for a week wanted to wash my clothes but washing machine was out of commission all week. In the suite, the air conditioner in the bedroom did not work told the staff the day I got there was never fixed all week."

"The staff went above and beyond. Leslie made sure I had everything I needed. JW was super sweet and very helpful. He did the pickup and drop off at the airport. Made new friends! You will enjoy your atay at the Presque Isle Hotel."

"Very convenient place to stay as we stopped here before crossing over to Canada the next morning. Room was clean, the bistro in the hotel had a variety of offerings, and check in and out was very smooth! Highly recommend!!"
