"This historic hotel was great! The staff were very helpful with recommendations. Our room was nice and clean and the king bed was very comfy. The location was great and very close to our port pier 66. The only downfall with this hotel was no elevator. There are a substantial amount of stairs to climb to get in and out of the hotel. Also, stairs to get to breakfast. But, my husband went and got breakfast and brought to our room so I didn’t have to endure the stairs as I have bum knees. Also, one...

"They keep your room secure once it booked, I was to busy around the city and I make the check in late, they attend me pretty well. In contrast, others reject if you don’t do the check in on time."

"For a Wyndham facility, it was in very poor condition. Bad odor upon entering. Torn curtains on window, torn shower curtain, disposable tooth pick between mattresses. I ask about breakfast area and was told there was no longer breakfast. I stated the website shows breakfast included. Staff stated “the manager is aware of it and hasn’t changed it”. She was very unfriendly. She didn’t even greet us. She walked up to the counter and we waited for her to say hello or something. We finally said hello...

"Lovely quaint hotel with lots of dining options nearby. Also close to Space Needle and monorail. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Every single one! I would stay here again. "Check in was fast which was a plus since the line to check in was long. room service was great especially after a full day of exploring and swimming. The pool was great, wish there was a hot tub. The Starbucks and restaurants down in the lobby were great. Loved the $20/ night food Credit, would have been nice to use it the day we checked out. Staff was polite and helpful. Location was unbeatable!"

Do not judge the experience from the elevator smells, nor the dimmed windowless hallway leading to the rooms. Bathroom was spotlessly the highlight.
