"We had a lovely stay in Brig. The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the historic sights on foot, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially towards our little dog, which we really appreciated. We had a rooftop room with a balcony, which was a real highlight and gave us wonderful views over Brig and the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection, and overall the hotel was a great choice...

"I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The views from the balcony of my room were amazing - a valley below and a glacier above. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative I had was the number of house flies that were in the breakfast room. They were all over the meat and cheese which formed part of the buffet, which itself was substantial and well presented.. "We finally found a hotel in Switzerland with air conditioning...it was very much needed after a long day of hiking. All of the staff we had contact with were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is very well located in a lovely pedestrian only part of town surrounded by great restaurants, easy walk from the train station. We loved the view from our balcony. The honesty bar was an added bonus and breakfast was the best we had in Switzerland. I would go out of my way to stay in this hotel again."

"I'll start this review by saying that this hotel gets a lot of things right, and I would stay here again. It's a self-check-in hotel so there wasn't really any staff interaction but that was fine. There were a few things around the edges that would have made the experience a little better... the floor in my room could have been swept a little better, the bed and pillow could have been a little firmer, a few more veg/vegan options for breakfast. But if you're looking for a good hotel walking distance from the train at a fair rate, definitely consider this one."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel two nights ago. Everything felt new, fresh, and exceptionally clean, with beautiful décor throughout. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Rune, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His service was excellent, and the complimentary shuttle service was such a thoughtful and convenient touch. We also loved the stunning views of the nearby mountains, as well as the lovely sauna and large, relaxing jacuzzi. Overall, it was a beautiful and comfortable stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel 👌"

"This hotel is beautiful! The room was very clean, modern, and spacious—just what we needed. It’s within walking distance of the train station to Zermatt. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Zermatt. The dining options at the hotel were also great."
