"I'm used to 3 star hotels. This hotel is truly 4 star. The cleanliness, the staff and our very affordable ocean view suite with spectacular views of Mt. Etna, the Straits of Messina, and sunsets was wonderful. The robes and slippers is a nice perk. The hotel location is a few minutes walk to the high speed ferry to Messina, Sicily and a few minutes walk to the Lido train station. "Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva. Ho trovato il letto un pò scomodo (ma quello è più un mio problema, sono molto esigente sui materassi. Molto pulito, in bagno gli asciugamani profumavano! Un pò bassino il lavandino.. Ma anche lì magari ero io un pò troppo alta. Ha il parcheggio interno, abbiamo fatto un ottima colazione e siamo stati serviti bene con molta gentilezza ed educazione! "

"The folks who work here are the best- friendly and helpful without being hovering. I had a great stay over the holidays and was really charmed by the town and the location of the hotel- right across from the water where locals go to fish even in December! The view is amazing from my window and while I can see that the parking situation would be chaotic in peak time, since it is low season- it was not an issue. Highly recommend for a stay in Milazzo or as a home base for Sicily exploration! "

"This hotel is a total dump. Rooms are outright unsafe and full of black mold. Missing and loose floor boards are a tripping hazard. Does not look anything like the photos in the Expedia listing and booking info. Massively overpriced, old and falling apart literally. "

I used a QR code to pay, which actually cost a bit more than just leaving (they would have charged through Expedia). Not a fancy place, but clean and comfortable. "Beautiful location, tiered down the hillside with lovely gardens and views. Comfortable room. Terrific breakfast buffet. Old world charm. "
