"My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there.
To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless...

"Good location, only 3 mins walk to the main cable car station. The ski storage is also very convenient. Service is good but the hotel hasn’t provide bottle water to the room everyday."
