"It was fine for one night stay. The staff was great. The only complaint that I have is they really should do a better job with cleaning the carpet in the rooms. There was some small things you could tell that didn’t get vacuumed up and there was stains on the carpet. Other than that, it was a great stay. Hot shower, clean bed, and free breakfast."
"MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY: YOU WILL NEED MORE TO CHECK IN WITH THAN JUST YOUR RESERVATION/CHECK-IN PAYMENT!!
Only things worth visiting this hotel for is: the pool, "hot tub/spa", and the 3 free drinks they served with dinner for the 21+ guests.. The beds claimed to be Queen/King but slept like twin/full size. Had a thermostat in the room, but never worked, it stayed hot the whole time. Vehicle got broken into, but couldn't do anything about it because the cameras were covered by tree limbs.. when swimming in the pool/hot tub, be sure to bring a bathing suit, it is SUPER chlorined and bleaches your stuff otherwise.. it should have been called the DREARY Hotel, not the Drury.."
"We had a great overnight stay at this property. We arrived late and checked in during a particularly busy time, with several other guests arriving as well. Despite the rush, the concierge was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. She remained calm, professional, and welcoming while managing a heavy workload, which was impressive to see.
Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was friendly, hardworking, and attentive. However, it was apparent that the property may be operating with limited staffing. While service remained smooth and our experience was positive, it often seemed that employees were juggling the responsibilities of multiple roles at once.
This did not negatively impact our stay, and I would gladly stay here again. My only concern is for the staff themselves, who clearly work very hard to provide excellent service. I hope the property is able to provide them with the support they need, as their dedication and professionalism were a standout part of our experience."
"Great for an overnight stay. Clean room. Good water pressure. Friendly staff. No elevator that we could see (2 floors only), breakfast was simple (waffle, breads, cereal), 2nd floor was very humid but quiet. Right next to Cracker Barrel and McDonalds. Parking lot- spacious enough for trailers."
