Communication was great throughout, with quick and helpful responses to any questions I had. "It’s our second time staying at the Doubletree in Brighton. Whilst our room was great, large, and had a huge bed, it did unfortunately stink of stale cigarettes. I don’t think the room should have been assigned to guests unless it had been aired for a few days. In saying that, I know that this hotel is usually perfection so wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Breakfast was amazing and in a beautiful room too."

"The only things nice is how close is to the sea side, need to be careful for any extra charges, thankfully my bank didn’t let the transaction go through and sent me a new card, but still was able to stay without paying those charges (almost £140)"
