"The charm lives up to its name. Cute little place with character. This part of Brighton has lots of bars and restaurants but parking is a real challenge. If I were to stay here again I’d use ride share or public transportation to avoid the hassle."

"The location was really handy, the room was clean. The layout of the room was a bit odd with the toilet, sink and shower being in different parts of the room. "The property was well located for the beach and town. Easy to park on main seafront road. Paid parking between 9am and 8 pm. 11 hours cost me £9.50 on paybyphone app. Between 8pm and 9am parking is free. I like the convenience of key code entry to property so you don't have to worry about losing keys. My room had a seaview. The bed was comfortable and the room had coffee making facilities. You need to be fit to climb the stairs to upper floors. The only thing I would say is that the shower needs a bit more pressure. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again."
