The staff displayed incompetency manipulation of their computers. Not customer oriented and obvious lack of understanding of what she was doing. The robot serving the food as waitress was fun "

"Rooms are great and spacious, also clean. We’ve booked some massages in advance which were also great value. (Keep in mind these are wellness, not medical!). However, the Fitness room needs some proper maintenance. Water rower out of water, Spin bikes barely moving, Weight stand bend, .. Nothing serious, but unexpected in a pricey 4* Hotel.
