"The room and house was spotless, cozy and comfortable. The bed was so comfy. So many extras and luxuries that made our stay amazing. Breakfast was delicious and presented with so much attention to detail. Rose is a gem - kind and hospitable. We highly recommend it here when you are in the Port Hope area. "

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating when we had asked to do an early check in. We travelled with young kids and having the pool was a big hit! The breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel and there was lots of different options. I liked how I could bring it to our room and how early it opened. I would definitely come back here!"

"Our stay at Our Valley View B&B was way more than we had hoped for, both for the comfort of our room to the hospitality of the hosts. The sweet couple running the place were incredibly kind and provided amazing insight on local places to visit and how to best go about exploring the nearby cities. "Friendly staff and clean rooms "

"When we walked into our room we noticed muddy footprints on the floor leading from the patio door that opened to the parking lot. We also had ants in our bathroom and in the entrance way. Both issues we taken to the front desk attendant who replied with “that’s not very common, I’ll talk to my manager to see what can be done”. Nothing was done during our stay. We didn’t spend much time in our room because we took the GO transit into Toronto but it still would have been nice to have the floor...
