"The stairs were icy going up to the 2nd floor. Staff didnt bother to remove the snow or put down Salt so the stairs and sidewalks leading to the room were safe. It was difficult to take your luggage up Icy stairs. The windows are old and didnt block the sound from the highway. The room was far from quiet. Loud noises from the traffic and a nearby train wasnt helpful to get a good nights rest. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusted. The toilet didnt flush well."
