Breakfast was basic but good - omelet station with chef was the best part - this chef needs a raise. Always keen for a chat (we have been there twice). Great hotel for the price. Room was clean but the bathroom may need renovations soon! Still, we will come again.
Staff were fantastic.
Hotel is clean and tidy but a bit worn in places. Room was good, bed was very comfortable.
Rooms weren’t soundproof - the couple next door enjoyed their stay.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Just getting a little tired and in need of some renovations. Had to move rooms due to air con leak but staff were great and promptly moved me. That says a lot. Location is 5 stars.
Nice enough hotel, but could do with a bit of TLC, but good enough at that price point. Great location, and easy access to public transport. I would stay there again.
Hotel staff are friendly and courteous and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Certain parts of the hotel are not in an acceptable condition however. Carpet on level 13 has numerous patches in the halls and in the room where carpet pile is missing and there are moths flying around.
