Stayed for 1 night pre-cruise. Check in was easy and front desk staff friendly and helpful. Room was excellent and we stayed on a high floor. Great location for getting around Brisbane CBD. Will definitely be back.

Very nice place to stay in the center of CBD Brisbane. The room was spacious with a separate bedroom, living area with a couch, dining table, and a desk. It has a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the bathroom. Balcony was a plus with nice views of the city.

Excellent accommodation and location and they have the best coffee place ever across the road called 'Coffee Anthology'. I also booked the shuttle bus Con-X-ion at the same time with expedia but in hindsight there were better transport options.

We choose to clean our own room to reduce the price. We were out most of the time so was perfect for us. They did change the beds after 7 nights and could get fresh towels and anything else we needed from reception. Very good idea. The pool area was ok but quite dated. The lane swim pool was out through the car park and uninviting. Location was great near to everything. The balcony was enclosed and felt very strange.

good sized one bedroom apartment nice and central to Brisbane and the river, parks, shopping, museums and art galleries etc. slightly tired room interior with 3 small but noticeable stains on carpet. TV & Netflix had been set to Chinese and couldn't work out how to reset it to English. Staff helpful and polite.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They have 4 hour free visitors parking. Drop off is in building carpark. B1 is the best if you have a lot of luggage as the lifts are on that level. Other levels require going up some stairs. Be aware that room service on weekends stops at 3pm so be prepared. Didn't get to use the washing machine or dryer but both were in the apartment. Pricing was good in comparison to other hotels in the city that didn't have as many facilities
