"First off the room that we booked was a runway view room. The windows were so dirty. You couldn’t see the runway. There was mold in the coffee pot and parts of the wall were falling apart very disappointed. Also the systems went down so they were not able to fix my room key to allow me into the gym while waiting to get the a key for the gym Coworkers were yelling and arguing with each other very unprofessional. Just all round a horrible experience"

"This place is the best kept secret! European style stay. Smaller rooms with all of the Amenities. Modern minimalist feel. Friendly staff, no hassles, super clean and new. On street parking so no 60.00 to park. Full size bed which might turn some off, but plenty for a single stay! Love this place."

"I was disappointed about the front desk staffing. When I came to checkout, I could not process my account items notwithstanding waiting for 15 minutes (nobody ahead of me) for the staff member to get off the phone. It was 6:30 a.m. and there was only one person at reception who was constantly in the back office and on the phone (repeated calls). Accordingly, because I needed to get to my flight, I could not do an orderly checkout. Really disappointing."
