Hidden gem right in the heart of Bristol we stay here once a month its got such a good location for exploring the night life. My wife is quite fussy with bed ,shower size of room and she loves this place.

Easy chill check in, nice room comfy bed. Good price for bank holiday weekend. Fantastic location if you want to be in the heart of the city - our room was noisy from the outside bars and clubs with the window open, but this wasn’t an issue as closing them soundproofed the whole place. Bathroom very small - not much space for getting ready etc. But not an overly big issue. Overall lovely.

Great location for exploring Bristol and if you’re planning day trips, as the bus station and train station are easily walkable. Staff were very friendly, though I did have to ask for something a couple of days in a row. The breakfast area looks very inviting. My room was a fair size but a little on the scruffy side - possibly due to damp, as the extractor fan isn’t great and the windows don’t open much, so lots of condensation. WiFi was terrible, ending up using all my data - as the connection constantly dropped out. Bed was comfy but I’d recommend a pair of ear plugs for the thin walls. Overall a positive stay and I would stay again despite these issues.

What a little gem in the heart of Bristol! We never knew it was there before. In a great location so close to the theatre, shops, bars and eateries but despite that it’s very quiet. We received a lovely warm welcome, the room was spotless, bed very comfortable and plenty of tea, coffee and toiletries supplied. We had a great night’s sleep and a delicious breakfast the next morning, all at a very reasonable price. We’d love to stay in the rooftop caravans sometime. We would definitely return and would highly recommend.

Unfortunately we had two issues at this hotel. Firstly we had room 11 which had a strong smell similar to cat wee. We were then given room 18, which seemed fine until we opened the door to the en-suite and the same smell was strong in there. This smell was only in the rooms not any public areas. Secondly there was music blasting loudly from venue adjacent to the hotel along with noise from people using that venues outside area. This continued until the music stopped at 2am, and the venue cleared of customers around 2.40am, so no sleep. We would not stay at this hotel again. The rooms were small, clean, with tea/coffee facilities. Rest of hotel was nice and clean. Hotel is situated in a busy and bustling area of the city centre. Close to lots of places to visit within walking distance. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. We would not stay at this hotel again.

I always choose to stay here when in Bristol. The staff are lovely and it feels very cosy and inviting. Bed is comfortable, toiletries and tea/coffee always well-stocked. One day I’ll try breakfast - it always looks and smells great! And love the honesty bar. Well-stocked and much needed when I arrived wet and tired at 11.45pm on Sunday night!
