"The room was clean, the host was very responsive and amazing. Location was also perfect because restaurants, bars, and shops are all walking distance.
There was an unfortunate misshap that occured that made me have to move halfway through my stay. There was construction happening right outside my room. They were doing construction work from 11-4. With that said, I reached out to the host who was very understanding. The host canceled the rest of my stay and refunded the remaining days. I also saw that day that the host actually messaged me about this construction work and I didn't see it until that day. The website that was used to manage the guest stay and communication is happyguest.com. This was the only frustrating part of this stay because the website had so many steps to login and create a login that I didn't do it until the day of the checkin. The host was very fair and amazing with communication.
This is definitely another stay that I will gladly book the next time I am in town."
