"The apartment is so well put together."

"The appartement was very nice, cosy and clean, and in a new building. It was fully equipped, including breakfast food (cereals, milk, etc.). The location was also a great asset, as it was close to the bus and train station, to a shopping mall as well as to the city center. In addition, the lady, who greeted us, Lenka, was really nice and helpful, and provided us with many good recommendations on what to do in Brno and its surroundings."

"The apartment was in a good location, close to the train station and the town centre, and the layout / configuration generally was in keeping with our expectations based on the ad. Unfortunately the cooking equipment was filthy and needed a thorough clean before use, the mount for the shower was broken, the TV was a relatively small older-style unit with no applications (Netflix etc) and while there was a DVD with USB the remote seemed to be for a different device and you could not control it...

"1) The first photo you see when you click on this property is a washing machine, which is a must for long-term residents. Be aware that this is a broken down machine that has been placed (tubes and all)outside the door of this apartment. 2) The smell inside the place is so foul, it will literally hit you over your face as soon as you enter. It is coming from their plumbing, so don't plan on using the stand up shower unless you want to pass out. 3) Be aware that there is an apartment right across...

"This apartment has so much potential due to its large size and natural light, but it is really unclean. Not just due to cleaning between guests, but just no cleaning of general areas including:  kitchen sink did not drain and drains were smelly  Microwave was covered in food splatters inside  Fridge had melting ice inside and door had food spilt all over it  Benches were not clean  Plates, cutlery, and pots were not clean  No lighter for gas stove, and stove top and knobs were not...
