"Clean room, late night staff was great and helpful. Desk in room only had one outlet, so had to run a cord to the kitchen. Kids were yelling and playing at 11 pm at night. Exercise room had only a few pieces of cardio equipment and it looked a bit run down. There is a great gym within walking distance, so I bought a weekly pass for 40 USD. Not a bad place, but I've stayed in Everett or Lynnwood at better places for the same price."

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"The room was okay overall. After staying for two nights, I asked housekeeping to clean the room, but when I returned, I found that only the towels had been changed.
The breakfast was quite limited. The only freshly made item was the waffles; everything else was very basic, with just a few cereals and boiled eggs.
On a positive note, the receptionist was friendly, helpful, and welcoming."

"I had a great stay at Archer Hotel Seattle/Redmond last night. The hotel was excellent, and my overall experience was very positive. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay.
I also want to recognize Roya and Josephene at the front desk for their outstanding service. They were all welcoming, friendly, and helpful from check-in to departure. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out and made the experience even better.

"Our car had a smash and grab break in 75’ from guest check in , in their parking lot. The management refused to share video with us or the police , they claim they require a subpoena to release video footage. It’s good to know they care more to protect criminals on their premises than their guests."

"This hotel was really nice, clean and staff were very nice. My issue was the noise. We did not have a good night sleep. Not only could you REALLY hear people coming down the hall, but the traffic noise was horrible. It felt as if I had my window open. The constant traffic noise (fast cars, sirens, cars hitting the gas) in the middle of the night kept us up. I wish I could say I would book here again, but I don’t think I will. Sad because I liked the property, location, and free parking."
