"Really nice apartment right in the middle of town. Very comfortable beds and lovely cosy lounge. The kitchen area is also very tidy with all you need to cook for your family. Would definitely stay here again. Only slight downside is the noise from the flats above and below, but this was daytime only noise. We slept very well. Overall very enjoyable stay. "

Parking tricky due to narrow street, limited spaces. Kitchen basically a conservatory, so most of the day time difficult to spent time in due to heat (late June). Would be very cosy in winter, autumn or early spring. "

"We stayed in the High Barn and the location and condition of the accommodation was wonderful. The only disappointing element was that the wi-fi was not working but in hindsight this was not even that bad as it enabled a real escape and full relaxation. The town of LLandovery had all amenities needed and was only 15 minutes away. With young children the games room was a fantastic added benefit and the pool table was even level!!"

"Whilst the room we stayed in could have done with some TLC, the staff were great. The pool was a good but thought the jacuzzi might have been a little hotter. The food was great with a nice selection of both food and drinks."

"A lovely pub stay in a beautiful village. The staff work very hard to ensure their guests enjoy their stay and I certainly did! As a solo traveller, I felt safe and not out of place at all. Dinner and breakfast both delicious. Room perfect with thoughtful little touches. The entrance was narrow as others have mentioned but not too awful. Highly recommend! "

"We had a very nice stay here. Room was great, good shower, nice bed. Breakfast was the type your order from menu, but decent options and well-made. Loved the pool part, quiet and relaxing, with a small pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Highlight was the staff, very friendly and helpful. Caveat on the rooms. Old part of hotel must be 50-100 years old. And rooms show that. While in the back they extended hotel with another building, where we stayed, these rooms are very modern and new. "
