"We have stayed at this hotel a few times. The last trip to Cleveland, we were lucky enough to meet Chuck the bartender. We had amazing conversations with him and spoke about him on our way out to Cleveland this year. We were so excited that to see that he was working the first night we got in (and it was the only night he was working while we were in town). Again, we got to sit down and had a drink and some more great conversations with Chuck. He’s now a staple to our trips to Cleveland, he’s honestly a great part of the staff.
Our room was great, only downside was that the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned from the last guest and the remains from their night before…."
"The breakfasts and happy hours are consistently of good quality. Our room was clean and comfortable, but very small. We had trouble finding space to allow both of our suitcases to be open and accessible at the same time. Our room, which was on the second floor near ice and elevator, was very noisy in the evenings and into the night.
Staff was friendly and service was impeccable in restaurant."
"The list of broken items, sticky floors, peeling wall paper, half broken drapes; the list goes on and on. For $116 a night you would expect a biiit more. The front desk staff was incredibly kind though!"

"The beds have a metal support under the mattress. The beds in the first room made a loud noise when just sitting down. The manager was very nice and understanding and got a new room for me. She will have maintenance correct the problem."
"The valet attendants were fantastic; helpful & friendly. As a solo, female, traveling I always felt safe coming and go from the hotel. The doors lock at 10pm and require a room key for entry. The desk attendants were very friendly, always had a hello/good morning/evening. The room was small, but stunning! I chose the hotel for the aesthetics and they did not disappoint! I would absolutely stay again."
