"We really were impressed with the staff. For years we have stayed at hotels at Pearson and I can honestly say that the staff are the best I've encountered.
Also, the hotel is clean and modern.
We were also impressed with the selection at the breakfast area. We had to leave on the shuttle at 6 and everything was set up at 530 when we arrived.
Shuttle service was excellent!

"So originally when we got there, our blanket and sheet was stained there were also ants in the bathroom, so I immediately complained to the front desk where they were super helpful and upgraded us to a better room that was much better cleaned and maintained. We stayed in one of the Jacuzzi suites so I was just going in with higher expectations. If you’re going to stay here just thoroughly inspect your room and if any issues the staff will be happy to help with any issues."

"The hotel restaurant was disappointing from a culinary perspective - the staff were great and the service was good. We had an unrequested wake up call at 0400, which was 2 hours before we wanted to get up. No explanation from the front desk as to why we get a wake up call that we didn't request - so that was a major annoyance."

"My experience here was a bit odd.
The first room I got was not clean, the best was squeaky and I felt really uncomfortable and it was right near the breakfast room and WAS loud I didn’t sleep and it didn’t have a bathtub.
They were kind and moved me to another room, the staff were fantastic.

"What a beautifully appointed hotel! Lots of room in the lobby to sit, relax, work or chat. Room was clean and had everything we needed (except the pour-over coffee was not the best).
