"The staff shows up at the front desk whenever they want the hotel is very unkept and dingy and dirty carpets are disgusting. Room is dirty. The hotel is incomplete this repair. I saw a few bugs in the room by the way, there’s no way I am having any of that free breakfast in that dirty kitchen that they make I will never be back there"

"We were traveling and didnt check in until almost 11 pm. The hotel charged our card 269.79 for a 308 stay before we got there. Upon arrival they tried to charge us another 305 plus 100 dollar refundable deposit. They claim the 269.79 was a fee. No where on their website does it state there are extra fees for late check in. "The check in process was easy and the person at the desk was helpful and pleasant. The room itself was very clean. You can tell that some of the furniture is a little worn, but overall, nothing major that affected my stay. The air conditioner worked well and was easily adjusted to the temperature I needed. "The room was comfortable but there was clearly someone smoking in a room nearby. The front desk said they checked for me, but could only offer us a bottle of febreeze for the smell. The breakfast was very limited. Hard to walk anywhere without having to cross a highway. I picked it for the outdoor pool. It was raining I couldn't use it (obviously not there fault) but there were significantly cheaper places around that would have been equal in amenities, other than the outdoor pool."

Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay.
