"Hotel rented our room to someone else (we pre-paid and reserved a 2 bed but they have us a 1 bed). Maintenance barged into our room before we checked out, we told him we were not checked out and went to grab breakfast only to return and find him in the room with our belongings. Key cards stopped working mid visit. Room did not have a do not disturb sign, and was not stocked with toilet paper or extra towels. End tables were dirty."

"This location did not match up with other Embassy Suites. Staff was very friendly, but the room we had needed a complete overhaul. The couch had tears and holes, the drapes were in shreds, there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom that had been covered with clear caulk, and pieces of tile were missing in the shower. The breakfast was very disappointing. Couldn’t cut the waffles, they broke in pieces and tasted like styrofoam, the oatmeal was empty and we were told they wouldn’t make...

"Room was pretty clean. Some stains on the ceiling but otherwise good. Shower water was hot. Breakfast was ok for free but some food was cold and the biscuits had a strange taste. Waffles were good. Staff helpful"

"The hotel is being renovated. The staff didn't seem to know what floors were rentable. Was given a room on a floor that was not done. Otherwise, the stay was good. However, I have never been in a room with so few electrical outlets with many inaccessible"

"Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was courteous, but our stay was unfortunately cut short after we discovered what appeared to be a baby roach crawling on the wall in our room. Because of this, we left very early the following morning rather than completing our planned stay. Additionally, the breakfast did not meet expectations. Given the quality and selection, it would be more appropriate as a complimentary amenity rather than a separately charged offering. I hope these concerns are...
