"Our stay was a nightmare from the moment we arrived. The sofa bed was covered in sand and dirt, and when we pulled it out, we found blood on the mattress cover. It was absolutely disgusting and made us question whether anything had been properly cleaned. My son was bitten all over by what appeared to be insects during our stay. I was so concerned about the cleanliness that I went to Target and bought our own sheets because I did not feel comfortable sleeping on the ones provided. I have photos...

"This was the most clean hotel I have ever been in. It smell of freshness was so welcoming. The staff were nice and the breakfast was decent. The only thing was that it was only 1 elevator but it wasn’t a big deal. I will most definitely stay here again."

"We have had multiple issues with our booking. First off we called in before booking to confirm that the hotels pool would be open and available. We came in yesterday to the pool being down and said to be open today and yet the pool is not open yet again and told it won’t be tell at least tomorrow when we check out so that’s a issue when it’s the reason we chose this hotel.
