Good day. I am writing because we had a flood in our room. They came and fixed it but our clothes and personal stuff were all wet. It was leaking all day. Could not ask for a better location. The staff were helpful, the property is beautiful, and you are right in the heart of exploring London! The only downside was having to reserve a time to use the pool, which was not made clear when booking.
