Spotless room, super comfy bed, staff were lovely and the hotel was in a great location to walk into Bruges. Some building works happening outside of the hotel but it didnā€™t disturb us one bit! Would highly recommend! And we got an upgraded room for my husbands birthday - thank you!

Very conveniently located next to the Bruges train station and 20min walking distance to Bruges old town. For catching an early morning train to Brussels Airport, this was an ideal location to stay.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. And the location was nice and walkable to the city centre. The room was nice and spacious however had limited control over the temperature of the room so the thermostat didnā€™t seem to change the climate much. The beds were just 2 single beds pushed together and the mattresses kept moving apart the duvet were also 2 singles put together. The TV isnā€™t a smart tv and has no internet functionality and also canā€™t connect to your phone to screen share.

Located centrally to the Christmas markets, with easy self parking so is ideal for location. The hotel itself is nice. Rooms are decently sized but the ventilation system is poor so rooms are very dusty constantly. The beds are terrible. A king size bed is not a King but rather two doubles moved together so you can feel the divide when you are sleeping and often sink in the middle. Staff are very pleasant and helpful and breakfast is nice but limited.

Enjoyable stay, just outside the centre

Nice inviting lobby with super friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean. Room good size (floor 8) view over railway/loco works not the best (but here for a hotel window view). Fridge in room along with tea/coffee/kettle

Comfortable and convenient

Nice hotel, very convenient to the train, comfortable beds and good sized room. We stayed in town for a few days early in the week(at another hotel, which was very nice) but Iā€™d stay at the RADISSON next time, especially if we take the trains.
