Agréable mais pluvieux

Séjour agréable avec les hôtes très accueillants et attentifs aux besoins des voyageurs. L'hôtel situé dans un environnement naturel invite au repos (le contact avec les animaux du site est appréciable). Cependant, le temps n'était pas au rendez-vous 🌧️☔

Hôtel Ter Zaele

Séjour très agréable au sein d'un hôtel familial et très convivial. On s'y sent bien dès l'arrivée. Le personnel est très accueillant et gentil. Il n'y a rien a redire, l'hôtel et les chambres sont propres, le petit-déjeuner est vaste et copieux il y en a pour tout le monde! Petit jardin avec des animaux très mignons. Je recommande a 1000% !

Le personnel accueillant L’environnement calme Grand espace extérieur avec quelques animaux Le petit déjeuner de bonne qualité et copieux Chien admis Établissement vieillot et peu entretenu, odeur de renfermé Vieux meubles, tissus d’ameublement déchirés Pas de lit bébé (pourtant demandé lors de la réservation) Le plus inexcusable pour moi a été l’impossibilité d’utiliser la piscine intérieur tellement l’eau était gelée, j’avais expressément choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine car étant accompagnée par mon petit-fils de 2 ans à qui j’avais promis qu’il irait nager, avait pris dans sa petite valise son maillot de bain, ses bouées à bras, etc… Alors que nous avions tous enfilés nos maillots de bain, que nous étions enjoués de faire un petit plongeon après une journée bien remplie, je ne vous raconte pas la déception quand nous avons mis un pied dans l’eau. Comment expliquer à un enfant de 2ans, qui a attendu ce moment toute la journée, que finalement, il ne pourra pas se baigner ! Je suis très en colère contre l’établissement, car, ce n’est pas la peine de mentionner sur l’annonce la présence d’une piscine, s’il est impossible de l’utiliser, je considère ça comme de la publicité mensongère en vue d’attirer le client, car, il va de soit que je n’aurais jamais réservé cet hôtel si la piscine n’avait pas figurer sur l’annonce.

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk, het eten in het restaurant was zeer lekker. Gebouw was verouderd en bij het ontbijt kregen we spijtig genoeg een bordje vlees en kaas dat reeds gebruikt was door andere gasten.

De ligging is tof en het personeel ook .Maar het hele gebouw reuk muf en is slordig , op de gang is maar 1 klein venster om te verluchten wat niet genoeg is en de kamer zelf met de venster open blijft muf en zeker als het warm is .

Séjour sympathique ,hotel convenablement non dénué de charme ,l'accueil sympathique et serviable petit bemol sur les équipements ,piscine intérieure on as jamais vu la couleur et pas de spa a ma connaissance ,j ai du faire r ajouté un lit d'appoint pour ma deuxième fille puisque celui ci manquait contrairement au descriptif de la réservation .toutefois se ne sont que des petits détails qui ne mon pas empêcher de profiter du séjour ,j ai adoré la literie et le petit parc animalier ,et la chambre spacieuse,même si la deco est sobre ..

Gedateerd hotel, prijs niet waard.

Gedateerd hotel waar al meer dan 30 jaar niets is vernieuwd. Slechte bedden - met nekpijn opgestaan. Bij het ontbijt brood en croissants van de dag voordien. Zeker geen 115€/nacht waard. Enige pluspunt, parking voor de deur, zwembad en ruime kamers.
