The property location was wonderful. Very close to canals and restaurants. Extremely walkable to historic areas and museums. Unfortunately, a few things like terrible wi-fi had to bring my rating down. The room was very historic and quaint but very dark. Was very loud because of corner restaurant late into the night. Staff was very good and informative.

The staff is the shining star at this hotel! The Front Desk is excellent and always helpful, the breakfast is done by wait-staff - not a buffet - so you are totally spoiled and feel like royalty. Extremely well-located on a beautiful sycamore lane. What a special treat!

What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. The location could not be any more central, the staff are wonderful and the breakfasts are without the doubt the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. (Including the Waldorf Astoria and the Dorchester) We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Bruges.

Perfect stay

This hotel is everything you would need and more. Beautiful decor, attentive and friendly staff and perfect location. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms are clean and pretty. We loved our stay, and would definitely stay here again. Would recommend to anyone coming to Bruges.

The staff at the hotel were superb! The breakfast is not to be missed. This hotel is so charming we are already planning another visit. Many shops and restaurants nearby and very centrally located. Just go!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and food. Location is ideal. Only negative was the restricted access to the toilet. In order to fit a more luxurious jacuzzi bath, space was sacrificed for the toilet which was wedged in a small space with high sides on either side. Having said that, I would absolutely stay there again.
