"Los apartamentos están muy cómodos y con todas las amenidades necesarias. La cocina está bien equipada lo cual es muy práctico si vas con niños pequeños y quieres comer en el apartamento algún tiempo de comida. Está justo al lado de Plaza de España y Templo Debod, así que es muy práctico para moverse a cualquier lado de la ciudad. Hay un área de juegos en Plaza de España (2 minutos a pie desde el hotel) lo cual es muy conveniente. El staff 100 puntos, atentos y serviciales desde el checkin....

"Towels were not clean. One of the bathrooms door was falling apart and couldn't close it. I got there at 10 p.m. and there was nobody in the reception. I had no Internet and there was no way to contact them. They have a phone number to call but nobody answered. I had to wait for someone to help me get wifi so I can contact them thorough whatsapp."

"This was our second time staying at Slow Suites Chueca, and once again, we had a great experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the apartment was exactly as expected. It was especially nice to have an elevator, since we were traveling with five suitcases and staying on the fourth floor :) The location is excellent. Gran Vía is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are at least two metro stations nearby, making it very easy to get around the city."

"Experiencia del todo desagradable. Los Bungalows carecen de todo lo mínimo para hacer un alojamiento decente. Te dan los enseres en una caja, la sartén sin teflón de mínimo 10 o 15 años de antigüedad donde es imposible cocinar nada sin que se pegue todo, y cubiertos rotos y oxidados. No hay cubo de basura, ni fregona ni escoba. Se nota que lo bungalows son los mismos que hace 30 años. Fuimos una familia y el bungalow de al lado se tiro de fiesta dos días seguidos con musica altísima, gritos sin...
