When we finally entered, the triple room was dirty with visible blood stains in the bathroom. Photos attached.They only offered a double room instead of fixing the problem, so we left immediately. Now they refuse to refund us. Terrible hygiene, poor organization, and bad customer service. Do not recommend this hotel at all." "

"The front desk staff was wonderful. She even helped us find enjoyable activities in Tossa and gave us good restaurant recommandations. The rooms we’re impeccable and service from the staff was professional and always with a sincere smile. We could tell that they enjoy their work and seek to make sure everything goes smoothly for the guests. Breakfast was top notch. Well chosen fresh fruits were served daily, excellent smoothies, eggs, bacon, yogurt and granola, bread and croissants, etc. A perfectly enjoyable, delicious and balanced breakfast to start your day everyday.
