"This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and a lot of that was due to the incredible staff, who were all so unbelievably kind and professional, and committed to making your stay so special. The service was unmatched. As for the hotel itself, everything is so thoughtfully curated and as classy as it is cozy. Everywhere you look is something beautiful. Our room was something out of a storybook, super clean, really comfortable bed, nice shower. Could not recommend this place more....

I arrived at around 9:30am after what felt like 16 hours without sleep, and although check-in wasn't until 3pm, Sebastian at reception kindly checked whether my room was ready. "Stunning BnB in the coolest neighborhood in Brussels. Alex, the host, was so kind and made us feel welcome with the gorgeous breakfast every morning and visits with his little dog, Luna. My family of four was perfectly cozy in room 4 which is huge with two very comfy beds. I loved the vibe here and would def stay again 💘💘💘"

"It’s a beautiful hotel however we were extremely disappointed when we turned the light on for the cleaning services and no one had cleaned our room at all. We had to ask for fresh towel upon our return from a night out around 1am. A response from the front desk was sorry maybe the light wasn’t working, when it was clearly on and green! On check out we were told we could leave our luggage on ground floor and pick them up whenever. When we came back 3 hours later the lady told us we have to go...
