The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The room smelled a bit like smoke, but it is important to note that it is located over a bar. Noisy location. Air conditioning did not work well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Not what we were expecting but ok.

Excellent location for exploring Brussels. No reception area so feels more like bar with rooms than a hotel. Unable to access rooms via stairs,only small lift, so felt a little unsafe. Doors to rooms left unlocked or open after cleaning. Breakfast served in small cramped bar so we didn't use even though we'd paid, don't add breakfast to stay & go to the excellent cafe across the road. But beds were comfy, showers warm & rooms spacious. So an ok stay overall

Staff welcome was excellent, keycard didnt work but when returned to the bar was immediately given the key. Excellently located for Grand Place and the Borse. Room was a good size with sufficient space. Breakfast was from the bar menu and there was choice.

Like other reviews have said the noise level from outside does come into the room but its possible to get to sleep and the beds were extremely comfortable. Staff were amazing and so friendly. Breakfast was also amazing cannot complain about location either it was right in the centre of brussels with easy access to everywhere! Definatly reccomend.

This hotel is filthy and old. We had dirty pillows and towels, rusty shower and sink, no fridge or storage. Rooms were smelly. Tis hotel has a bar and hookah lounge on the first two floors, which is obviously noisy at night. The location is right in the center walking distance from the main attractions. I would not recommend this hotel.

Modern, stylish and chic hotel, bar and restaurant

Hotel La Piece was amazing! The staff are really friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome. The rooms are very stylish and modern. Even though the rooms are above a busy restaurant and bar (which does amazing cocktails), the room was really quiet - you couldn't hear what was going on below whatsoever. Breakfast was nice - pastries or eggs (with a choice of fried or scambled) - simple but done well. Really close to the centre - local ammenities and attractions. Would highly recommend! Thank you Cristhian for all your help.

Not a single fixture that was supposed to stay in the wall was still hanging. The AC was either not working or going automatically to 17° degrees. Shower door can't be opened without opening and closing toilet door, and toilet door isn't anywhere close to give some privacy. Keycard for the door wasn't working. All doorknobs (to the lift and in the room) were falling off. Breakfast was served cold and with a hair in the scrambled eggs. Limited baggage storage and operating hours. But hey location is central and price is low.

The hotel is good in two things. Friendly staff and location of the hotel. Other issues are very bad. Cleaning is not good. We stayed for 3 days. I went to room cleaning three times. Nobody comes to clean. Also the breakfast is really bad. Not enough, just bread and eggs. The one who didn't eat eggs went hungry. Never pay for breakfast

This property is centrally located with beautiful views and offers convenient access to attractions, shops, and restaurants—all within walking distance, which was a definite plus. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not reflect the price paid. The property is located directly above a bar that stays open until the early hours of the morning. The windows offer little to no sound insulation, and street noise—including conversations—was clearly audible throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The room itself was extremely small, and cleanliness was an issue. The floor and rug were sticky, so we would advise against walking barefoot. The bathroom was cramped, with a broken shower head and a clogged drain that caused water to overflow onto the floor. While the location and views were nice, the condition of the room and lack of comfort made it poor value for money. We would not choose to stay here again.
