Alright.
Nice apartment but could do with freshening up a bit, tatty paintwork in places but it was clean and walkable.

The bed in the flat was 2 single beds which were uncomfortable and the curtains didn’t shut. The kitchen didn’t have a frying pan. Contacted the owners and they didn’t do anything. Great location though, but noisy neighbours
Nothing like the photos, very loud constantly hearing people in other rooms and extremely loud main door could be heard from the room, bathroom shower was faulty and seemed unclean, room was extremely basic, didn’t have any cups for water or tea/ coffee making facilities, one pillow each that were tiny and poor quality, duvet was lumpy and looked old and poor, bed very uncomfortable, rug on floor covered in stains, smashed windows fixed over with mdf. Room didn’t even have a bin in it. In the bathroom was an all in one shampoo which was already opened and half used. Very disappointed, only positive was the apartment was in an excellent location, with everything we needed around us and in excellent location for visiting a range of different attractions so we had a great experience in Brussels and room was bearable for the 3 nights we stayed. Check in was good although we had confusion over all had a good check in experience

The communication with the staff at d main office is wonderful and the directions given to us were clear. It is near the Center so no problem with transport. The room itself is quite big, the bed is ok but will do with extra pillows i think, also the sink in the toilet was blocked and the door of the toilet is broken like half of one of the glass door panels is missing so you are visible from outside. The main entrance which is supposed to be coded wont lock, anyone can come in. Could probably do with electric fan too and mirror, mirror in d toilet was too high, we can only see our forehead lol. Its been addressed to main office so hopefully would be good next time.

The apartment was perfectly located with everything at a walkable distance. The apartment was very basic. Be prepared to hear the front door open and close very loudly all night long.

Pleasant, spacious and airy flat; centrally located, a mere 5 minute walk to the Grand Place; large bedrooms and sufficient toilets for the number of guests; very little clutter, but most amenities available; simple check in and digital keys for access; felt safe and secure in unfamiliar surroundings.
Downside is the flat was on the 2nd floor - 70 steps up - and no functioning lift; beds were not appealing (dirty mattresses and ben linen; really need to change these to make more hospitable); flat needs a little tlc and airing to become more welcoming.
Overall, served a purpose and cannot argue for the price paid foir 5 adults over 3 nights

Location is great but Elevator did not work and stairs were narrow and steep
NO AC !!! It was around 90 we were melting, Shower on the second bathroom didn’t work, sofa was filthy and stained. Linens were dirty! We messaged Orbitz and the property to be relocated but no answer from both

a place difficult to access, the elevator requires a card that was not available (most of the customers used staircases). wifi signal very weak. when i asked for a blanket they told me they do not provide it.

Communicated with group day before arrival. Checked in on line but could not complete due to my bank issues in paying the deposit. This was waived by the group which was very helpful. I had to chase them on the day to get the entry code. Entry door was very heavy to open - fine once used to it but initially it appeared as if code did not work. Apartment on level 4 - 100 steps - lift did not work for entire stay. If my wife was with me we would have moved to a different hotel.
Room was very hot - 30C day. First night was very hot and significant street noise required windows to remain closed. Not a good night.

When we arrived we were gobsmacked with the room. This is what the room should have looked like, but it wasn't. shell with a bed, table, 3 random chairs and a wardrobe. . There was no TV, no kettle, no cups, no glasses, no cutlery, no plates, no pots and and pans and no kitchen. The bed was absolutely filthy as in the mattress, pillows, duvet. The toilet had a glass panel broken and it was carboarded up, the same with the adjacent room. The windows were filthy, the mesh on the radiator was broken, it was utterly disgusting. Absolutely Filthy Mould everywhere in shower, broken & loose tiles in bathroom, blinds broken in Lounge so light shone through the windows all night Nothing was as per instructions via check in email, spent an hr looking for one place to be told NO go to your apartment! NO WIFI complained to Smartflats and all I get was sorry, at check in expect a High Deposit to be paid then allow 7-10 days for a refund… avoid at all costs and expect NO HELP from Expedia

Excellent flat - large living areas but no hot water. When reporting it I got sent a you tube video about how to fix a boiler! They ordered a technician who never turned up so I had to demand a change of room. Eventually I go moved but to a location 30 minutes away. No assistance offered to relocate (ie taxi) and no compensation offered either. New place was nice but was tarnished by bad experience in first flat.
