Good rooms in a good area.

The hotel has no lift, and to go up the room there is a narrow staircase which would be difficult to navigate if one has anything else than hand luggage. When I was there the hotel was being renovated (something which was not mentioned) and the common areas were very dirty and dusty. Also, the workers started at 0730; hardly the opportunity to sleep-in. However the person attending the front-desk was extremely helpful.

Geräumiges Zimmer im Dachgeschoss in einem traditionellen Haus mit enger Treppe (kein Lift), sehr ansprechend renoviert, moderne Ausstattung, bequemes Bett.

Vanaf de buitenkant zou je niet zeggen dat het zo ruim is. Wij hadden 1 van de 2 allerbovenste kamers, dus was wel even sjouwen met koffers 3 trappen op, maar we hadden hele mooie nette ruime kamer. Lekker koffie en thee en een waterkoker op de kamer, en zelfs een verpakte tandenborstel met tandpasta aanwezig naast de standaard zeep e.d. En smorgens was het gewoon de sleutel op de kamer laten en de deur dichttrekken, heerlijk! Je moet met inchecken wel even goed lezen dat je eerst naar een ander hotel moet lopen, maar het is een heel fijn hotel en het personeel was vriendelijk.

Komfortables gut renoviertes typisch belg Haus

Sehr freundl Empfang, gute Lage zu EU-Institutionen, komfortables, modern renov Zimmer im DG mit Kaffee/Teemaschine & Mikrowelle. Kein Lift, enge Treppe. Lauter nächtl Fluglärm am 3. Tag. Hausintern auch Lärm zu hören.

Its was good. The only thing is that the reception is not in the building itself but a block away. Pretty hard the first time to check in since we were carrying luggages. Stairs are narrow a little challenging for the luggages. Our rooms is in the 2nd & 3rd floor. But overall very nice.

Tough check in, but a lovely place to stay

The location was perfect, and the room spacious and well organized. I did enjoy my stay. The only inconvenience was that I was requested to check in down the street and drag my luggage back and forth, there was no reception on the spot. Other than that I was quite happy with the apartment.

All I could ask for

The room was very nice and provides everything you can ask for. Nevertheless, there are minor issues: 1) the doorknob on the room-door was just hanging down, which doesnt give exactly the feeling of safety, 2) you need to pick up keys two blocks away as it has no reception, 3) third floor with no elevator (not an issue for me, but quite complicated for others).

中心地から少し離れた、静かで清潔なホテル

出張のために２泊利用。レセプションと実際の宿泊場所は違う場所でした。ホテルにはエレベーターが無く、階段も狭いので、大きな荷物を持ってあがるのは大変でした。朝食は毎朝部屋まで運ばれてきますが、パンとヨーグルト、ジャムとバターで、フルーツや野菜は全くありませんでした。部屋はとても清潔で、アメニティも一通り揃っていました。

Small adventure

The location of the booked room was not the same as the reception desk. When I arrived late evening there was not any advice what to do with closed door. Informative email sent by Hotels.com before actual day did not say anything about different location. Hotels.com aplication showed non working number. Fortunately Google had actual number and the problem was solved.
