"Simple clean and convenient. We chose it for location, car parking and breakfast included. It was not fasionable, but spotlessly clean, good sized room and powerful shower. Complimentary self serve hot drinks, breakfast was good, lovely fresh bread and everything we needed."

"I really wanted to like this place! But unfortunately it had too many problems. Started with being greeted by dead bugs on our beds, then trying to sleep on a rock hard bed. But the most frustrating might have been having to pay for electricity, our included electricity ran out in the model of the night so we woke up freezing and to room temp food in the fridge. On the last night we came home to a leak in the hot water tank and had a wet bathroom, so we had to keep the water turned off (outside) unless we needed to flush the toilet The positive things are the super friendly staff and fun playground go the kids "

"Clean, bathroom a little outdated but overall fine. Staff were lovely, breakfast is really good. But the pillows in the room are terrible, so hard to sleep on. They are so lumpy (so either cheap or old...or both) and tiny. Probably wouldn't stay again because of the pillows."

"The hotel is new and very nice. The staff are attentive and the rooms are comfortable. The only reason I gave this property a 4 star is for this level of hotel then pillows and duvet should be significantly better quality. It should be so nice that I want to bring them home with me and this is certainly not the case."
