The hotel advertise a late check in, but they messaged me to say they wouldn't be able to give me a late check in and that I would have to come before 8pm or not come at all. "Waterlane was a nice stay for an extended time. Quiet, although a bit of hallway noise at times. There were some rather irritating issues — lamp with non-working bulb; exhaust hood for cooktop not working; vegetable/fruit drawer in refrigerator broken. Location quite convenient, very busy LIDL about 10 minutes away, and Forum about 20 minutes."
