"This hotel looks brand new, as if it opened yesterday. Very clean, modern rooms, very good buffet for breakfast, and surprisingly good dinner. Right next to the N1 station where tour busses pick you up. Great location to set a base for exploring the south coast. "

"This was such a great experience. I hardly recommend it. But get the igloos that have the private bathroom. Also, it’s impossible to unlock the door or lock the door without seeing a video of how to do it. Ask the hotel for this video before you get there. All the guests were coming to ask other guests how to get into their igloo because it was so confusing."

"This was the best place we stayed in all of Iceland! The property is absolutely beautiful! We spent every morning on the patio drinking our coffee and watching the horses. The common area was stocked with games and books and a fresh baked treat every day we were there. The room was huge and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the property was nice and quiet. This guesthouse was an incredible value. I very highly recommend. "
