"With our first every visit to Lakes Entrance we were very lucky to base ourselves at Koonwarra Hiliday Park. The staff were friendly and able to provide answers to all our enquiries regarding Lakes Entrance. Our cabin was clean and tidy with very good kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and hot shower. "Thw room was spacious and clean however the condition of the room itself could be hugely improved so there aren't paint chips, stains, etc everywhere. The bathroom was also really old and dilapidated. Parking was free and easy access inside the property which was great however the hotel should look into inatalling security doors so that only the motel guests can walk in inside the property and not anyone else to minimise chances of damage to guest's property including their cars. "Dog-friendly property but cabin we stayed at was not. Wasn’t clearly stated when booking, had to get a dog sitter since booking was non refundable. Cabin was dated, lots of road noise since cabin was 10 metres from the street. Would stay again for the convenience location but will book a bigger and newer cabin. Economy cabins are old and a bit beat up. Surprised dogs weren’t allowed when the cabin was in such poor conditions. "
