"I was very disappointed with my stay. The construction was never disclosed on the website, in the lobby, or anywhere else throughout the hotel. Had I been informed beforehand, I would have taken that into consideration before booking. The first night, I had to switch rooms due to significant damage to the walls, along with live ants and bugs in the kitchen area. Although I was moved to another room, the issues continued because construction began every morning at approximately 8:00 AM on the third floor, with constant loud banging and excessive noise. When I contacted the front desk, Ashley rudely advised that other guests had also complained about the construction and stated that if guests were unhappy, they could leave. I explained that I had never been informed about the construction in advance, nor was it posted anywhere visible. Unfortunately, I did not get my money’s worth for a stay that cost over $800I spent most of my days outside the hotel simply to avoid the noise and disruption, and every morning my sleep was interrupted by banging on the walls and ongoing construction. I understand renovations may need to be done, but I believe customers should at least be informed through the website, lobby notices, or verbally upon check-in. I strongly believe some kind of accommodation should be offer. I had no peace and comfort."

"Dirty room poor condition, no shower doors at all, no chair in the room, broken ironing board. Staff unwilling to move my room to an acceptable room. Was going to stay for 3 days, left after 1, they insisted on charging me for all three nights. Just switched from Hilton to Marriott moving forward "

"Beds were great and room was comfortable but the furniture as well as corridors show signs of aging. This is not the way Hampton inn hotels looked like 40 years ago when they became popular with my family and many others. Breakfast was included and okay. Hotel conveniently located a few miles from town with nice restaurants And tight of I 87."

"Room was clean. Felt room lacked amenities for a hotel of this stature. If you’re handicapped this is not the place for you. Way too many stairs. Difficult to get to your room. Grounds lovely. Breakfast brunch ok. Would have preferred a real restaurant with ala carte ordering. Felt staff could’ve been more forthcoming about the breakfast brunch and the restaurant. We discovered what we needed to know on our own. Not sure if I’d stay here again."

"The staff were wonderful, helpful, and amazing. This property appears to be a work in progress with great efforts made to rehab it from a prior state. It was cleaner than I expected and quieter than I expected even though it was full to capacity. Shout out to Michael at the desk for service above and beyond."
