"Hotel was nice , however we were very limited in the pool. They require guest to have a wristband for the pool area and my daughter had a few guest over for her birthday and they would not accommodate us with extra . They told me I would have to purchase an additional room. Which I have never experienced at previous hotel. The breakfast buffet was great though.overall the stay was ok"

"I found this place to be very comfortable. The rooms I was in was spacious and overall comfortable. The furnishings are nice, and the bed comfortable.. I was able to work at the table with my computer and tablets and it was very peaceful. Big Windows letting in light it's very important to me. The place is older so it's not a new building. It's hard to compare an older building to something new, but overall I really liked the place. The water takes a little bit of time to get fully hot but it does get there. Not too bad. Big TV. The people that owned or work there mind and inobtrusive. Parking lot is small, but there appears to be plenty of spaces in the spaces are big enough to ensure your car is going to not get banged up."

"I stayed here once in November, and because it was convenient to where I would be working, I took a chance a second time. Won't be staying here again. I gave grace for construction in November, but it is still like...half a hotel. None of the amenities are available because of the construction. There's no light blocking curtains on the windows, and constant noise - making sleep, especially in the early hours of the morning impossible. I do not like getting dressed and having nothing but a thin curtain for privacy as people walk by. Breakfast ends at 9am. I was finishing up at 9:02 when a staffer told me to take my plate and leave. People hanging out in the parking lot at all hours making noise. I'm pretty sure there were some kind of bugs in my bed, as I had several bites in the night. It's just a really low-rent, run-down, gross, poorly managed hotel. I feel like nothing that I am listing here should come as any surprise - it's all very evident. So the fact that no improvement has been made in 7 months makes me think there's a lack of care - so I don't know why you're even asking for feedback. Y'ought to know what you've got going on."

"Our third stay here with our dog. Live the neighborhood, proximity to restaurants and stores - walkable, residential, but right off the 680. Ample areas for dog relief. Well-maintained property though aging. Very clean. However I reported a stain in front of our door in first morning - appeared to be from poop (not our dog’s) - and front desk promised to get it taken care of. I reported it again the next morning. Spent three nights there and still it had not been cleaned. Poor response. Liked the bar - super friendly bartender; breakfast was amazing - made to order omelets, waffles, cereal and everything in between. Very comfortable."
