"Our experience at the Metropole Apartments was just sublime from end to finish. They arranged us a private transfer from the airport and Nico the driver was very sweet and kind explaining us the city like an experienced tour guide. The apartment itself very modern, spacious and clean. We enjoyed the huge rain shower in the bathroom:) Cristi allowed us a later check-out free of charge. "Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation."
