"The check in was a very good experience. The receptionist was professional and efficient. We booked a room for 3 but there were only 2 sets of towels. Both shower towels were ripped and with holes in them! There were no bath robes. I wouldn’t normally complain but this is advertised as a 5* hotel ..."
