"Our check in was awesome. BRIANNA was great! We loved her. We didnt spend much time here, but everything was good except our blinds in the room were stuck in the open position about 1/2 way. ( there is a switch in the wall to lift them up or down that didnt work) It was late when we got in the room so I didnt call about it. I took our pillows and shoved them in the window to help me feel safer. I didnt want people looking in. Thats just uncomfortable. I spoke to a gentleman at the front desk about it in the morning. He just shrugged his shoulders and stated its a lot of work for them to go in and open or close them because everyone wants something different! I just looked him not believing what he just said and told him, "why not just fix them!" He looked at me confused. Otherwise, it was a great experience."
