"This was my 2nd stay here and planning to stay again in the future. Continental breakfast is still quick and filling with a variety of choices. Maybe biscuits and gravy would be a welcome addition. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the brightly lit parking lot. I feel very safe staying here."

"We paid an outrageous price for two nights for the Cosmo suite and had awful dirty rooms, first room was 101 and had stains on the carpet and hair everywhere. Hair in the shower and on the floors and in bathroom sink. When we asked for another room, they sent us to room 369 which was in the same condition but had luxury vinyl on the floor. The World Cup was in town so the costs for a two night stay was $914. Extremely disappointed and wish we had just told them that we wanted our money back. The...

"The room was clean and quiet. We had a good sleep. It would have been nice to have a working bathroom fan. It got very steamy while showering. The coffee and breakfast were not very good. The staff was kind and friendly, but it would have been nice to have a bell at the counter at check in because we had to wait for someone to show up for a minute or two when we were checking in. Overall, good stay!"

"Rooms were really clean and nice. Good amenities, and breakfast was great. Nice worldcup decorations. Only issue is I got in late from traveling (11pm), and wanted to do a late checkout to get more adequate sleep as I had a 22 hour drive ahead of me. I was told there were no late checkouts. Overall, great experience and I would most definitely stay again."

"Terrible experience, the worst experience, not just bad, was a disaster. First, the photos differ vastly from what we actually found upon arrival, and considering the price seemed excessive. At check-in the rooms were located very far apart. Key cards didn't work, so going back to the front desk to solve the issue. "Front desk woman at check in was very helpful and put us in a handicapped room with walk in shower on the ground floor even though we had not requested that. My wife has difficulty walking any distance and we use a wheelchair for her sometimes. Room was nice and the shower was excellent. The attached casino had only a bar and a hamburger place for eating. Nothing else close that we knew about. The hamburger place was kind of pricey but the food was good. No valet so had to schlep our own...
