Stunning 2 bedroom apartment in great location for the main attractions, local transport and restaurants. Excellent communication and welcome from the owner who goes above and beyond to make sure that you have a good stay. Outstanding!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described with special touches which made the space very cozy and inviting. It’s a quiet area day and night so very restful. Location was within walking distance to metro and many restaurants and shops. Although not an issue for us, should you have mobility issues, the stairway to the apartment could be a challenge.

Parking was pay, 5 min walk, but safe and nice underground parking by cute park. Gabor was very friendly and accommodating, he was very easy to communicate with. The city was beautiful and everone spoke English. We were with kids and felt safe everywhere we went. The apartment was VERY quiet. It was clean, large, and the air conditioning worked very good. You can walk out your door and buy groceries, pick many places to eat or have coffee or wine, or simply stroll the beautiful streets. Public transport is very near, short walk, busses, subways, electric trams. Everyone in Budapest was friendly. Most street parking is pay so look for signs on how to pay. Driving was easy to figure out, much like US rules. The apartment was on a pedestrian street so short walk to get to car (70 geet) Key used to get into building, key to get your floor, key into apartment so very secure. I would DEFINITELY stay there again.

So many GREAT things to say about this place! A+++

I cannot say enough good things about the property and its owner who texted us several days before our arrival to introduce himself, ask when we expected to arrive and answer any questions we had about the property or the area. As a coffee drinker, I quickly burn through the couple of (usually nespresso) pods they leave in the room, so I asked what kind of coffee maker he had in the property so that I could bring additional pods with me. He confirmed a nespresso maker and assured me that he had plenty of capsules in the kitchen… still, I brought my own. Well, he wasn’t kidding… he had a large jar full of them along with white and brown sugar, artificial sweetener and other accompaniments in the cabinets. As for the property more broadly… let me say - WOW! I am blessed to stay in some of the nicest hotels around the world when I travel for work, and it was obvious that Chestnut & Eliza Suites’s decorator took notes from the finest hotels. The place was beautiful, spotless and so well appointed. In addition to the full kitchen complete with new appliances, a NEW Whirlpool washer/dryer combo, a full bath with all the toiletries, a half-bath, and a small dining room, the place has a beautiful - and large - living room complete with a Smart TV and two very comfortable bedrooms. To say that I was impressed would be an understatement… and it was all made even better by meeting Gabor - our host and the owner - would could not have been more kind. I HOPE to return again… and soon!!!!!

The Chestnut Suite is a beautifully appointed, spacious apartment in a perfect location: quiet street but accessible to transport, shops/culture, and the Danube. Ability to climb stairs is required. Thank you to Gábor for a peaceful and luxurious stay.

Geniş, ferah, yüksek tavanlı ve güzel dekore edilmiş bir ev. Evde ihtiyacınız olan her şey düşünülmüş. Yatak odaları geniş ve yan yana değil. Ekstra tuvalet mevcut. Bina şehir merkezine çok yakın. The Chestnut apartment is just as pictured. The location is excellent, close to all the highlights. The owner, Gabor, provided a comprehensive intro to the property, offered restaurant recommendations, arranged transfers from and to the airport, and even give us his phone number for questions or emergencies. Most important, the Chestnut apartment was comfortable, a home away from home while we were in beautiful Budapest. Would we stay there again? Yes.

Vi valgte denne leiligheten for en vennetur og ble ikke skuffet. Kort tid etter bestilling ble jeg kontaktet av utleier som sendte over en praktisk informasjon om leiligheten og området. Vi fikk vite alt i fra hvordan termostaten i leiligheten fungerte til hvor de nærmeste minibankene lå samt anbefalte restauranter. Service av ypperste klasse. Leiligheten ser bra ut på bildene, men vi ble enda mer begeistret da vi så den. Den trivelige eieren møtte oss ved ledigheten og siste oss rundt. Alt var i orden, rent og pen. Interiøret er stilfullt og gjennomtenkt. Beliggenheten er perfekt i et rolig strøk med alt man trenger i umiddelbar nærhet. Hit skal jeg garantert tilbake.

Prachtig, schoon en ruim appartement op een super locatie. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Gabor ( eigenaar) stond ons op te wachten bij aankomst en heeft ons ales uitgelegd en tips gegeven. Wanneer ik weer naar Boedapest ga boek ik zeker dit appartement

Best apartment I’ve ever rented for vacation

Fantastic location, gracious property, thoughtful amenities, and for a light sleeper like me it’s even quiet - I honestly wish it my was my house. If you are traveling to Budapest stay no where else!

What a great find! This appt is wonderful. Its in a great location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Garbor was very helpful when checking is in and provided a few tips for the local area. The appt is very well furnished and very spacious. my only negative comment is that it was a little nosiy as the appartment upstairs had a party on Friday night. Overall deffo a 9 out of 10!
