Very good hotel with lots of staff care. I loved the fresh fruit in the lobby with the oranges in the water… it was such a treat compared to USA hotels. Room was small but cozy and bathrooms were very clean and elegant. LOVED staying there!

Convenient property far removed from sites visitors would like but metro very onsite which is perfect. Clean, very good staff, and very nice for price. Very solid 4 star hotel and returned for second visit. Only issue is arena next door VERY loud when concert.

This hotel is in an excellent location and it’s near lots of amenities. The property was clean and somewhat modern but also the rooms were small and dated… The restaurant was great as well as the breakfast. I would recommend this place for anyone that isn’t spending a lot of time in their room.

Excellent hotel third time been to this hotel over the last few years, on the metro line and only 10 mins to get into centre of Budapest. Arena shopping centre a 10 minute walk away, Breakfast is excellent and loads of choices for everyone, will go to this hotel again

Good location for Metro and trams etc. Room 609 was far too hot on a night so had to sleep with windows open (23-27th Dec) and we were on a busy main rd side so sleep wasnt great. Hotel itself is good, food great, staff great, facilities great. Upstairs restaurant and bar is expensive but downstairsis good. Would stay here again. Bianca was extremely helpful and very friendly.

It was good, but improve breakfast

Long queue to the coffee machine. Food and beverage were finished from time to time. Have to wait, some food would taste better if more fresh. However staff is friendly.
