Beautiful hotel. GREAT location, steps away from the trams to the city. Make sure you buy a pass on BKKGO app, and use the maps provided. The view from the 12th floor pool area is breathtaking!

Overall, a great stay. Disappointed that the rooftop terrace restaurant was closed during our stay, causing us a few problems as the hotel is quite a long way from the city centre and we had to use room service if we wanted to eat in the hotel. Wish this had been made clear before booking as it would have affected our accommodation. Anyway the positives are that the staff are welcoming and friendly, breakfast buffet good (but pricey), room clean and the spa and fitness centre very good.

Nice hotel and nice location close to both old town and new town. A bit noisy due to trams and metro but with nice views of the river u don’t realize it much.

The reception staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. We did eat one night at the sky bar and thought it was expensive however the view and sunset were worth it. Great location, tram stop just outside and felt safe walking about at night. Would definitely recommend. Only slight annoying issue is you cannot sit out on the balcony without having to get up every 10 minutes as the alarm activates.

This hotel is an amazing base for your trip to Budapest. The views from the roof top restaurant/bar of the Danube river are fantastic and a great place to watch the sun set. The infinity pool is a must after a long day of site seeing . Catch the number 2 tram from outside the hotel into the heart of the city. Food was excellent, starting the day with a good variety of breakfast items and ending with an evening meal watching the twinkling lights of the bridges. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The room had a balcony overlooking the Danube and was very clean.

I would give 5 stars, if the AC/cooling would have worked better. The room was too hot/humid in the night. Perfect location, the tram and bus stop located right in front of the hotel. Lovely, clean and spacious room with amazing view to the river. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed the spa and rooftop pool with a bar and restaurant. Breakfast was ok. Also great gym with new machines. We will definitely come again!

A very clean hotel with a great overall atmosphere. The staff are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to make guests feel well taken care of throughout their stay. The location is perfect – close to the city, with the tram stopping right outside the hotel, making it very easy to get around. The spa area is beautiful and relaxing, and the rooftop infinity pool is absolutely amazing with a stunning view. Overall, a truly wonderful stay that I would highly recommend.
