Service was quick and efficient, room was spacious and breakfast was ok, the bed however was very uncomfortable and on the day I was leaving realised I had been bitten by bed bugs, did not sleep for the days I was there due to uncomfortable mattress

Wir kamen Freitagabend an und unsere Buchung wurde nicht gefunden. Nach langem Hin und her haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen, aber nicht zu den Konditionen, die wir gebucht hatten. Das Zimmer wurde in unserem ganzen Aufenthalt nicht einmal gereinigt und es wurden keine Handtücher gewechselt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war groß mit viel Auswahl und es gab frisches Obst. Das Hotel hat eine coole Umgebung und man kommt mit Bus und Bahn überall hin.

My son loved the gaming aspect and didn’t want to leave the hotel during our stay. He loved playing Sonic the Hedgehog in the lobby. Breakfast was great for the price. Staff very welcoming. Only issue was the air-conditioning that did not work and the room was very stuffy and hot.

Hotel bem localizado em Budapeste, próximo de estação de metro, mercado e o famoso café New York. Hotel é padrão ibis básico, com temática games antigos. O café da manhã é bom, estrutura moderna A única ressalva foi o travesseiro e o colchão que eram moles.
