Excellent hotel and i was very happy with the service and cleanliness. Front desk agent was extremely kind and helpful, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was high tech and very neat.

We had 2 bedroom apartment with panoramic view and honestly it was one of the most beautiful hotel rooms in which we've been in. Piece of art - we didnt want to leave. Highly recommend to book here. The receptionists were very helpful and extremely nice and Sofia from Housekeeping did a wonderful job.

The hotel was ideal to accommodate a small family like ours. Also very practical, close to bus and metro and the famous boulevard, that runs to the city center. We enjoyed our stay and the lovely breakfast. All facilities where available. In short, no complaints whatsoever.

Amazing little hotel.

Very clean hotel. Lovely staff. Breakfast was fresh and lots of options. The hotel had many transport links all within walking distance. Will be coming back!

Good but Not for everyone!

The hotel is clean and staff is super friendly. But there is zero ventilation. With 4 people in a small room and no air or vent in the bathroom and no window to open, it was super stuffy especially at night. It’s a high tech system that relies on air filters. But it does not work. It’s a shame. Because other than that it was a nice place

I highly recommend this place! Location is great, the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything looked great just as on the pictures. The services are awesome and the hotel is super clean. Such a pity that I only stayed one night. Will definitely come back.

A great stay!

Good clean property in a very convenient central location, next to trolley bus and metro. Property had blackout curtains and comfortable bed. Everything was clean and well presented. Staff was knowledgable, curteous and helpful. There was some minor construction next door during the day but the noise was not excessive and tolerable.

The hotel is within walking distance of the metro on line 1.There is also a Lidl 2minute walk away. The area is very quiet in the evening. I found all the staff from the receptionist to the lady in the breakfast room very welcoming and friendly. I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade to the duplex apartment. Very clean and spacious. I would recommend.

We had a great experience traveling with kids and staying in the Panoramic Apartment. The apartment is located in a separate building from the hotel, but once we figured out how to gain access it was fine just more of a challenge since we were arriving after the hours of the reception (which are 07:00-21:00.) The apartment was spacious and nice, but our favorite features were the daily buffet breakfast (7:00-10:30 weekdays, 7:00-11:00 on weekends), the park right outside the frontdoor of the hotel, the walkability to the metro and to two grocery stores.

Nice apartment

Had a good stay in a large apartment, the entrance and elevator ride there did not do it justice. But the apartment itself was really good. Not very clean sadly. A lot of dust under cabinets and on surfaces. Strange smell from the small toilet, big toilet was fine.

The reason the hotel got 4 stars from me is because of the way the superior rooms are advertised. They only have 3 bedrooms with sofas and the balcony with a good view. The rest are called superior but don’t have sofas to sit on.l and are small. Please don’t be mislead by the first picture on the website. The other issue I had was the rooms have set temperatures so one cannot reduce the temperature of their room and the rooms can get very hot. No option to open the windows either. I could constantly hear the washing machine running from my bedroom too. On a positive note, the hotel is very clean and the stafff are very helpful.

The studio apartment room was nice and spacious. Comfortable bed and we got a free bottle of wine which was nice. The breakfast was great better than I expected. The check in process was very long and annoying. It took a long time because we had to manual input everyone name and info even though they had scanned all of our passport. They need to come up with a smoother check in process. They still using old style keys instead of key cards which was inconvenient. The door in my parents room got stuck and required staff to assist to open the door. Be careful with your belongings here. My father left his brand new suit in the room and they claimed that they didn’t see it. Clearly it was stolen by by someone working for the hotel. I don’t why anyone would steal a suit. Overall smart hotel was accommodating for our needs as it was very close to our friends place but the missing suit left a very negative feeling for us about this place.

Great service for our unexpected stay

Unfortunately we had to book somewhere last minute as our friend broke her leg. The hotel staff were super understanding and helped us find a suitable accessible room. The TV in our first room was massive. Both rooms we stayed in were comfortable and modern.
