"Cleanliness: room was not cleaned. New towels were put up and that was it. There was a ton of hair and dirt in the bathtub and bathroom sink. After only walking in the room for 5 minutes, the bottom of my socks were black, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, there was blood on the wall in the bathroom, there was hair and dirt in the bed suggesting that new clean sheets were not put on and the bed was just remade after the last guests used it. There were over 20 dead wasps all over the floor and windowsills. Amenities: No hand soap or body wash. Handsoap is a basic…who the heck doesn’t put handsoap in their hotel room?! This was frustrating especially in a room that allows pets and I have twin infants and couldn’t even wash my hands to make their bottles. There was also a tweaker in the dumpster when we went to check out the next morning. Their breakfast tasted gr es t but after seeing the quality of the rooms made me sincerely worry about the proper food safety. Don’t waste your money here, the Best Western down the road seemed like it would have been a MUCH better option."
